1. Description:
The hydraulic charging motor on the injection unite can turn 180 degrees from its initial position, making replacing the material tube easier.
When the hydraulic motor is charging, the injection union is stabilized due to the powerful injection structure.
A slide table or revolving table is a solution for improved safety and productivity.
The original Platen Lift System design reduces clamping time. It lessens the strain on the toggle, allowing it to last longer.
Unlike hydraulic clamping, our toggle clamping technique allows for high-speed and smooth clamping while also taking into account the needs of various molds.
A dual injection cylinders system allows for high-pressure and high-speed injection.
