1. Description:
Vertical mold opening, vertical injection, suitable for insert molding.
The innovative Platen Lift System reduces clamping time. It reduces the burden of the toggle, allowing for an increase in lifetime.
Our Toggle Clamping design achieves high-speed and smooth clamping, and depending on the different molds requires even low-pressure clamping, which differs from Hydraulic Clamping.
The system of dual injection cylinders allows for high-pressure and high-speed injection.
Because of the injection unite's unusual design, the hydraulic charging motor can turn 180 degrees from its original position, making it easy to change the material tube.
The strong injection structure keeps the stabilization of the injection unite when the hydraulic motor is charging.
Optional slide table or rotary table for added safety and productivity.
