1. Description:
• The hydraulic system is exclusively computerized and configured, making it better suited for the production of general products or special double-material injection molding.
• The upper mold plate houses two molds, while the disc houses two lower molds.To complete the two-color (two-material) injection molding or overmolding, the disc rotates alternately at 180°.
• A water jacket device in the middle of a highly effective disc for cooling the lower mold.
• Special multistation discs with two upper molds and four lower molds and expandable computer programsAutomated embedding and removing devices can be installed optionally in the two lower modes to automate the entire machine work and improve production efficiency.
