1. Description:
The injection molding machine is made up of a number of similar parts, such as an injection system, a clamping system, a hydraulic transmission system, an electrical control system, a lubrication system, a heating and cooling system, and a safety monitoring system.
Most plastic molding machines weighing under three tons use the vertical injection molding apparatus:
1. Vertical column-free clamping, horizontal injection, and a three-sided open mold all contribute to more convenient and secure operation.
2. The hydraulic torque motor for controlling the high injection pressure. The screw torque is adequate, and a proportional valve controls the system pressure.
3. Staged pressure output, sensitive pressure response, and accuracy and precision.

3. Machine Features:
1. The mold is opened and closed upwards and downwards with the injection and setting devices on the same vertical centerline. When converted to nethermost space, it is roughly twice as productive as a perpendicular machine because its nethermost space is only about half as large.
2. The process of insert molding is easy. The insert is easy to place because the face of the mold is upward. Fully automatic insert molding is easily accomplished using the model with the lower template fixed and the upper template portable, as well as combining the manipulator and belt conveyor device.
